Leap Day: don’t waste your time

It can’t have escaped your notice that today is Leap Day – the 29th February that only comes around once every four years.

Leap Day might exist purely for astronomical reasons (one earth year takes 365.2422 days to orbit the sun, so Leap Day scoops up those extra hours), but it does present us with the unique feeling of being given some extra time.

So engage in this fantasy scenario for a few minutes: if you were given a chance to live a whole day again, what would you do with it?

Take a second to review your yesterday. If you had the chance, what would you go back and change? It could be the food you ate (or didn’t eat); the way you spoke to someone (or yourself); a decision that you took or the way you reacted to a situation. All of these actions are within your own power to change, so pick one and make sure you include it in your bonus day.
